IN THE WIND P44 Trail Jesters KTM Signs Steede T rail Jesters KTM Racing an- nounced that Korie Steede has joined the team to compete in the WXC class in the 2022 AMA Grand National Cross Coun- try (GNCC) Series. In 2021, Steede finished on the WXC podium seven times and took third overall in the WXC Championship. Korie will ride a KTM 250 XC-F. "I am so amped for this new journey in my career with Trail Jesters KTM Racing," Steede said. "I truly think this will be a great fit and we will be chasing championships." Team Owner, Ross Mauri, said, "I have been watching the GNCC WXC women compete for several years now, and decided it was time to increase our com- mitment to the class. We are thrilled to bring on a rising athlete of Korie's caliber to expand our WXC team." CN Korie Steede will race for the 2022 WXC title in GNCC on her new Trail Jesters KTM Team. Van De Moosdijk Joins Husqvarna H usqvarna Motorcycles confirmed the signing of former EMX250 Champion Roan Van De Moosdijk for the 2022 and 2023 seasons. In joining the Nestaan MX2-run Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing team, Van De Moosdijk will compete in the MX2 World Championship alongside fellow Dutchman Kay De Wolf. The highly regarded Van De Moosdijk captured the European MX250 title in 2019. After finish- ing seventh in the MX2 Cham- pionship in 2020, Moosdijk suffered an injury in 2021 and missed much of the season. "I'm so pleased to be joining the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing MX2 team, it's really a very special moment in my career," Van De Moosdijk said. "This season has been tough, but I'm putting that be- hind me and looking forward to working with the team and hav- ing Kay as my new teammate. I have a really good feeling about things." CN Dutch standout Roan Van De Moosdijk has signed a two-year contract with Husqvarna for the 2022 and 2023 MXGP seasons in the MX2 class.
