one of those things."
Josh Grant certainly benefitted
from great starts en route to his
third-place finish. Interestingly, the
JGRMX rider has been practicing
his starts with Ryan Villopoto at
Villopoto's place in Florida. "I was
fortunate to spend some time riding with Ryan the last few weeks
and we've been working on starts,
which I think paid off today," said
Grant. "I busted my butt practicing
starts and it paid off."
Like a lot of other riders who are
starting to find their midseason

around me. That gave me the
chance to check out their lines,
As always, the fans at RedBud are
some of the most vocal in the world
and Ken Roczen certainly noticed.
"The fans here are very vocal and
they were great," said Roczen.
"Last year they were on my side,
but this year I heard some booing. I'm getting better and I think
for some Americans it's hard to pull
for a foreigner, and I totally accept
that. But I love how the fans are
here, they cheer me on too and I
love racing in front of them."
