Our 1992 125cc motocross shootout was featured in issue number 44
30 years ago. The Honda CR125R was the unanimous winner... We had
coverage of the Milan Supercross, round two of the Masters of Motocross
Series. The red-hot Jean-Michel Bayle was winner... Randy Hawkins
won the Delaware National Enduro, but a second-place finish was enough
for Jeff Russell to lock up the AMA
Championship... We featured an
interview with World Champion
Wayne Rainey.

We featured a little bit of everything in issue 44 20 years ago, including
the Suzuki Cup final road races from Road Atlanta. Opie Caylor won
the GSX-R600 and SV650 Suzuki Cup races, and Chris Ulrich was
the big winner in the GSX-R1000 Cup race... The Suzuki RM Cup
Challenge took place at Glen Helen. Chris Wheeler, Rich Taylor and
Jason McCormick were the Expert-class winners... Shane Watts
outdueled Fred Andrews at the Ironman GNCC in Indiana... Destry
Abbott won the SoCal MC Hare & Hound at Lucerne Valley, California.
