Vallejo Short Track by James Brammer VALLEJO, CAL ., May 12, 19 73 - A young man who claims to be - a "has-been" moto rcycle ra cer, Bob G o o d ma n (Bul) pulled a surprise victory at Vallejo Saturday n igh t. He h ad blasted off the starting line fir st and gained su c h a lead in th e following la ps over the favo red younger riders th at he was ab le to sp en d th e last th re e laps sit t in g u p m o stly wi th feet on th e pegs.
