Motocross becomes a more and m ore
co mpetitive form of motorcycle racing
each y ear. As the sport progresses and
the riders get better, the battles over
first place seem to get tougher. This
seems to be especially true in the 125
class where the riders are usually young,
tough and fearless. With organizations
like the FIM and AMA now beginning
to promote 125 class Professional
racing, the competition has really gotten
fierce . Rider ability still counts for a lot
when it comes to winning, but having a
good co mpetitive bike is probably even
more important here than in any other
class .
Most 250 riders are satisified with

every Ope n class ri der will admit tha t he

the one who is really looking for a way
to ma ke his bike go faster.
One of the most popular motocross

owners were beginning to dispair of
finding a way to make their bikes
co mpetitive again, along came the
Noguchi kits to transform their
Yamahas into firebreathing dragons.
The kits, imported and distributed by
Dirty Distributing of Atlanta, are the
prod uct of Taneharu Noguchi, a
mastermind of two cycle wizardry who
is worki ng under a developernent
contract with the Yamaha home
factory.
The kits are buil t by Noguchi at his
own fac tory an d are available fro m no

retails for 5285. The Noguchi kitted

some of the more current racers on the
market but there aren't any that are as
fast .
