By this time I was pas sing a lo t of the kids. They w ould puIl me something · fierce on the straights, but the Holder would eat them alive in the turns. In a nutshell, it wasn't very quick but it sure could handle. When it finally came time to go home, I had blown everyone's doors in and avenged, in a small wa y, all my humiliating de feats on the motocross co urse by the sub-teen bunch . I let one of the kids t ry the Holder, and he said i l was ne al. He liked the idea of no shift. I told him to ea l all his ca rro ts and some day he'd grow up big and strong lik e me and I'd get him a ride on a Rokon. Back home in my garage I looked over the Holder. It's a well built machin e. I don't think the average kid could break it, The frame is what I would call a " m od ified banana." Sort of a cross between a Seeley road racer an d a BMW. Bizarre but strong, The front end is a leadin g link arrangement wh ich also lo o ks very strong. T he whole package was put together in. this co un lry, although so me stuff like the levers , tires, and o th er bils an d pie ces were imported from you-know-where. Before I brough t the bike back to the Holder people, I let everybody rid e it . All the kids in the neighborhood liked it. "S uper Hunky" dislikes anything smaIler than a 501 Maico.
