On that race fo r instance, o ur unit o n chec k po int one went afte r a ride r with a broken leg, an d carried him o n a stre tcher for a mile. Si nce it was a ben e fi t fo r Lloyd Cox. who was killed o n th e Ch eck Ch ase , the S50 donation given us by the Vi kings is be ing returned in care of Mrs. Cox.
