From the land of the flyi n g taco s, Spain , cam e th e Bultaco of Gl enn Tanaka. (Tacos in Spain - no way ... Ed ) Rick Kastner took hi s Bu l to th e Intermediat e win, while Brad , Catcott took his Ch ey -Zed to the overall in the Junio rs end of the deal. Yamaha won th e Beginners, piloted by Chuck Richardson , with a Swedish Hoosky in second, with J oel Grant han gin g on to the bars to take se cond. Jim Beltinck to ok his RT-3 :\IX to the win th e Open Junio rs but o ld Jim had to do some pretty h ot manuvering to pull it off, having to hold off the CZ of Dave Oro zco to d o so . One class that was filled with entries was the 100 Junior class. This class wa s very u n p red ic tabl e to day with bikes flaming out and different leaders several ti mes. By the third moto there were on ly five 100 J uni ors left.
