Rick Hockin g spent Friday night, May 12, at Ascot Park in Gardena winn ing the Novice Main Event. No small fete as he
was racing against the finest tuned twins on the' professional Half-M ile oval. His Kenyon tuned Bultaco Astra performed
flawlessly as he managed to beat some of the best d irt tra ck riders in the business.
On Sat urday night, Rick returned to Fremont Raceway where he extended his unb roken string of victories. Lots 'a big
names there also, but Rick wo n as he has won every professional Short Track that he has raced at Fremont .
