Delawa re dealers testified th at they w er e put o ut of business b y th at state 's no-faul t rates. On th e deb it side of th e record , MIC 's lob by in g efforts in th e Na tion 's capitol h ave b een largely ineffecti ve. Mo re staff an d mo re b udget is need ed , b ut manufacturer and distnbutor support is st ilI b ein g withheld on the part o f certain large co m panies who feel that 1/10 o f o ne p ercent of their sal es is too m uc h dues.
