The Rackley Racing/John Franklin-backed Pearson nearly went over backwards land- ing the jump in his semi, which put him at the back of the field in the main. And I love to do it here at my home race so I'm pre y excited." 1 BRIAR BAUMAN 2ND SUPERTWINS Reigning Mission SuperTwins king Briar Bauman scored his ninth podium in 11 races with an extremely compe ve run to second in which he was o en the fastest rider on track. He said, "The main event was insane. Nothing really crazy happened—I had to pass Mees—that was about it, but I was running JD down and pu ng in really good mes. I had some lappers, but he was probably going to win anyway. So all-in-all, a really good race. How about it rained and the track got really, really good? It's kind of weird how that works." JD Beach added his name to the list of legendary winners of the Peoria TT. Here, he leads runner-up Briar Bauman.
