taking third on the Veloce Rac-
ing Kawasaki.
Scott's race one was unevent-
ful as he faded and finished
fourth, but he turned it around
in race two. After Scott over-
took Gloddy on lap two, the pair
swapped the lead back and forth
until three laps from the end of
the 10-lap race when Scott sta-
bilized his lead despite Gloddy
trying everything he could to get
around him. Gloddy made one
more attempt to take the lead on
the final run to the checkers, but
Scott ultimately took the victory
by 0.061 of a second.
There's nine points in it be-
tween Scott and Gloddy, 290 to
encounter when his BMW kicked
sideways over the hill down the back
straight and repeatedly—and unsuc-
cessfully—tried to throw him off.
Third in Stock 1000 went to
Hayden Gillim in his first ride in
the series on the (Franklin Ar-
mory/Disrupt Racing Suzuki).
Alexander had a shocker, coming
home in ninth and suffering big
championship damage as a result.
Junior Cup
In typical Junior Cup style, the two
races were belters with the wins
going to Landers Racing Kawa-
saki rider Ben Gloddy in race one
and Scott Powersports/KTM rider
Tyler Scott taking race two.
Gloddy's win in race one was
by 0.358 seconds over Joseph
LiMandri Jr on the Bauce Racing/
Cybersafe Solutions/JL62 Racing
Kawasaki with David Kohlstaedt
Ben Gloddy
(72) would take
race one, but
Tyler Scott (70)
would have his
vengeance in
race two.
