compared to Misano for all
Ducati riders, with Scott Red-
ding's fourth in race two the one
highlight.
Van der Mark was third in the
Superpole race, helping prove
that the new BMW has respond-
ed well to some recent tests at
Navarra, and not just because
Sykes used to be the unbeatable
one at Donington.
There was no WorldSSP ac-
tion at Donington Park.
In the championship points,
after three Donington thrill-
ers and 12 races in all so far,
Razgatlioglu is the new leader

Alex Lowes scoring third on
his KRT bike was almost ex-
pected in race one, but his fall in
the Superpole race was a shock
as he was lying in a comfortable
second.

Superpole race podium was a
real surprise and a happy one for
the often-beleaguered Bavarian
manufacturer. Sykes, second in
the Superpole race behind Rea,
was also third in the final long
race, behind Razgatlioglu and

Behind Razgatlioglu, Gerloff
made up for his race-one crash
with second in the final race of
the weekend.
"To be on the podium again
