encounter at VIR, race one saw
the top eight covered by just
0.970 seconds with championship
favorite Benjamin Gloddy (Landers
Racing Kawasaki) taking the spoils
from David Kohlstaedt (Veloce
Racing Kawasaki) and Tyler Scott
(Scott Powersports KTM).
It was equally frenetic in race
two, which saw the oldest rider
in the field, 27-year-old Cody
Wyman (brother of Travis and Kyle
Wyman) take his first MotoAmeri-
ca victory by timing the draft pass
to perfection on Maxwell Toth (Ve-
loce Racing Kawasaki). Gloddy
would also swing by into second
with Toth relegated to third, 0.113
seconds from the win.
The Junior Cup standings have
Gloddy in first at 90 points from
Scott's 74 and Wyman third with
65.
