during Webb's late-race tip-over.
"[I] had to check up before a
few turns because of all the
chaos going on around me," he
said. "I worked hard to get into
fifth place, but the track was so
demanding that by then, it was
already too late, and I ran out of
time."
Eli Tomac did not have an
ideal ride at round 14. He as-
serted himself in a dominant
Daytona-like victory just one
round before but didn't get up
front early enough in Tuesday's
main. Tomac clocked the fastest
lap of the main event and was
able to pick up another position
race was all about Webb's setup,
clearly showing his struggles in
two whoop sections.
450SX-class rookie, Sexton,
claimed the runner-up spot for
the second race in a row. "It's
been a bit of a struggle this year,
obviously," said Sexton. "If I can
learn something every weekend,
I think we're going in the right
direction for next year."
Jason Anderson was exciting
to watch, as the 2018 champ
rode it in for a podium posi-
tion on Tuesday night. He has
certainly shown some resur-
gence lately and put down the
fastest time in qualifying. Strong
passes on riders like Webb and
Barcia catapulted the Husqvarna
rider up through the field. "I just
moved forward and kept chug-
ging along," said Anderson.

Aaron Plessinger (7) showed plenty
of promise on Atlanta's longer layout
track, but the former 250MX champ
is still seeking his first 450SX win.
