Duel In The Desert
The Little Sahara State Vehicular
Recreation Area near Jericho, Utah,
offers some stunning vistas, though Joe
Wasson and Zane Roberts were likely
too engaged in their racing to notice.
Wasson claimed his third-consecutive
hare and hound triumph by 17 seconds
over his Beta teammate, Roberts, who
crashed at speed early in the race yet
managed to claw back into contention.
