Dungey. So the glass was half full
for the Red Bull KTM rider.
Best of division three was Muscle Milk Honda's Justin Barcia,
who logged a holeshot and then
was simply good the rest of the
moto, while Dungey and RV were
better and best.
The thing that made Villopoto's
massive win in the first moto even
more impressive was the fact that
riders universal said the slippery
surface caused the track to turn
into a frustrating one-line affair.
Villopoto was into traffic early,
yet he found his way around well
enough to lap over half the field.
Moto two saw Toyota/JGRMX
Yamaha's Josh Grant nail the
holeshot, his first of the season,
on a quickly drying track. The
sun was occasionally peeking
through.
Standing on the hill near the
announcer's tower, one could
hear a collective roar from the
crowd. Could it be? Yes, "Dad
