"That was a huge confidence
booster for me, to lead the whole
race again with that amount of
pressure," Webb said on Tues-
day night. "Eli was probably the
faster guy tonight, but I just tried
to hit my marks and not make
any mistakes. After that [practice]
crash today, sometimes it's good
for you to get those big hits, get
went on to win the main event,
in a dominant wire-to-wire per-
formance. His competition kept
him honest though, with both
Tomac and Roczen riding perfect
laps and staying within sight for
the majority of the race. In fact,
the top three's average lap time
only varied 0.3 seconds for the
entirety of the 24-lap main event!

Ken Roczen had his best chance to
win at Arlington 3 but couldn't hold
off Webb. "In the main event I got
the holeshot, felt really good and led
for most of the race, with most of the
fast guys behind me," Roczen said
a er Arlingtong 3. "I'm guessing they
were studying me, and Cooper made
the pass happen. I tried to keep on
his wheel all the way un l the end,
which is what I did, and we ended up
in second. This finish was a lot be er.

five races to go. I've been ge ng
be er and be er, and I'm not going to
give up."

Eli Tomac had his chance to win both
Arlington 1 and 2 a er ge ng good
starts but couldn't get around Webb. "I
fought the en re race and tried to find
a clean line to pass him," Tomac said
a er Tuesday's race. "And then with
about four minutes le , I was going in
for the pass and grabbed a li le too
much thro le that caused me to spin
out before the whoops which allowed
him to get away just enough before
