tally to 19—more than twice as many as any other
rider—after scooping a pair of victories by a com-
bined 0.209 seconds. And on her birthday, no less.
"Wow, what an unbelievable present to myself,"
Texter-Bauman said. "I don't know what those crit-
ics are going to say on Facebook next because I
think I've proved I can ride a motorcycle."
Reigning class champ Daniels was happy just to
run up front both nights (2-4) after failing to make
the main on opening night at Volusia a year ago.
Texter-Bauman and Daniels were pushed
throughout the weekend by their respective
teammates, '20 class runner-up and new KTM
pilot Max Whale (4-6) and '19 class runner-up and
Estenson holdover Mikey Rush (3-2).
Morgen Mischler also backed up his streaking
2020 finish with a strong opener (7-3) on the Mis-
sion Roof Systems KTM.
Shayna Texter-

Singles class. It
was a close one
Saturday night.
