These two have always kept it pro- fessional, but we do hope for more one-on-one battles through the rest of the season. Justin Barcia logged a solid but quiet second-place finish in Saturday's main event, his fourth podium of the season. The Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GasGas Fac- tory Racing Team rider sneaked his way into a podium position early on and was able to pass Dylan Fer- randis for the second spot. He was never close enough to pass Webb but maintained a consistent three- second deficit for the majority of the race. "These aren't my best condi- tions," Barcia said. "I've never been a great hard-pack rider, so lots of learning for me and [I'm] stoked to be on the podium". IIIMY OWN RACE: 15 DEAN WILSON 9TH (450SX) Dean Wilson rode a lot be er than his ninth place would suggest. "Overall, the night was a step forward for me," Wilson said. "My starts were awesome and that's definitely something to be proud of. I put in a fairly good ride for the first half of the main event but un- fortunately a er that, I got really bad arm pump. It was pre y uncomfort- able, and I had to fight through it, but I just tried to be smart." 51 JUSTIN BARCIA 2ND (450SX) "It was a good week leading up to this, I did a lot of tes ng and my team did a great job helping me get comfortable and feeling good again," said Jus n Barcia. "Tonight was very special for us, our boss from Austria was here, so that's super awesome to get second and make him proud in front of these Texas fans. The track was super chal- lenging, and I pushed hard and closed on Cooper a li le, but I just couldn't make it happen, he rode really well." SUPERCROSS MONSTER ENERGY AMA SUPERCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP, AN FIM WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND 10 / MARCH 13, 2021 AT&T STADIUM / ARLINGTON, TEXAS P64 Ken Roczen (94) has been taking on water ever since winning three straight at Indianapolis. The Honda rider couldn't do much with a bad start in Arlington and will give up the red plate, which he has owned since round three. Dean Wilson (15) pulled the trigger quickest on the starts and showed some great speed. He slipped back to ninth but that was still his best finish of the year.
