suffered a clutch issue which
dropped him to eighth at the
finish.
Defending XC2 250 Pro
class champion Craig De-
Long put his Rockstar Energy
Husqvarna into ninth overall
and second in the XC2 division
despite going down at the start.
"I went in a little too hot in
the first turn and ran into the
back of someone's bike and
down I went," DeLong said.
"I kind of played catch up the
first two laps and then I made a
big charge to get into the lead
halfway through the second lap,
but they went back by me pretty
quick and I settled into third for a
while. I kind of struggled halfway
through the race but I was able
to capitalize on Johnny there at
the end. All-in-all, second place,
I'm happy."
Babbitt's Online/Monster
Energy/Kawasaki Team Green's
Lyndon Snodgrass was 10th
overall and third in the XC2 250
Pro class.
Like his FMF/KTM teammate
Ben Kelley, Josh Toth came into
the race nursing an injury, but
was able to tough out 11th overall
