ndian Motorcycle recently un-
veiled a revamped Chief line-
up for the 2022 model year.
In all there are six Chiefs
the rider can choose from: the
$14,499 base model, $15,999
Chief Bobber, $16,999 Chief
Dark Horse, $18,499 Super
Chief, $18,999 Chief Bobber
Dark Horse and the $20,999
Super Chief Limited.

This one features the 116
cubic inch Thunderstroke mo-
tor and rolls on spoked 16-inch
wheels. The chassis features
a 64-inch wheelbase, 26-inch
seat height, 46mm fork with 5.2
inches of travel, and the Dark
Horse can get to 28.5-degree
lean angle. Also featured is key-
less ignition, ride modes, cruise
control, rear cylinder deactiva-
tion and LED lighting. Being
one of the premium machines
in the Chief lineup, the Dark
Horse gets the Ride Command
system, resplendent in an old-
school cluster design. However,
it's properly teched-up and you
can pair your phone, enable
navigation, answer calls and
control your music.
The Chief Bobber Dark Horse
is available in Black Smoke,
Titanium Smoke or Sagebrush
Smoke colorways.
