Rieju Signs First U.S. Factory
Support Racer
R
ieju USA announced the
signing of Quinn Wentzel
from Ohio to ride and compete
on the new MR300 Racing
and MR300 Pro for 2021. Rieju
is a Spanish manufacturer of
scooters and motorcycles that
recently acquired the manu-
facturing rights of the original
Spanish-built GasGas brand.
(Last year, Pierer Mobility
acquired a majority interest in
GasGas, and their motorcycles
now share the same platform as
KTM.)
"We're excited to be sign-
ing Quinn to represent Rieju at
events all across the U.S.," said
Rieju USA's Mark Berg. "Quinn
is one of the best riders in the
nation when it comes to hard
off-road and will show the U.S.
what the MR300 Racing and
Pro models can accomplish this
season."
Rieju USA and Wentzel will
focus efforts this year on the se-
lect AMA Extreme races and the
SEER race series with Quinn
leading the charge.
"I am super excited to repre-
sent Rieju in 2021 and help the brand grow here
is the U.S.," Wentzel said. "Hard enduro is one
of the toughest motorcycle disciplines if not the
toughest, and for that you need a tough machine.
The Rieju MR300 checks all the boxes to be a
winning bike in hard enduro. I'm looking forward
to a great year with the team and thank them for
this opportunity!" CN
Quinn Wentzel will
represent the Spanish
manufacturer Rieju
and its MR300 off-
roader in hard enduro
events in the U.S. in
2021.
