Bagger Racing On TV! H ot on the heels of the recent announcement that the King of the Baggers will be a five- race championship as part of the 2021 MotoAmerica Series comes word that the new class will be televised on Fox Sports beginning with the series opener at Michelin Raceway Road At- lanta on May 2. While the schedule is subject to change, the Michelin Race- way Road Atlanta opener will air on Fox Sports 1 either live at 12:30 PM (Eastern) or slightly delayed at 1 PM (Eastern) as a lead into NASCAR's RaceDay. The June 13 round at Road America will feature same-day delayed coverage at 5 PM (East- ern) on FS2. The WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca round, scheduled for July 11, will be televised live at 2 PM (Eastern) with same-day delay coverage of the fourth round at Pittsburgh International Race Complex scheduled for 2:30 (Eastern) on FS1. The Pitt Race coverage of the King of the Baggers will lead viewers directly into live cover- age of the MotoAmerica Super- bike race. The King of the Baggers Se- ries will conclude on September 19 at Barber Motorsports Park with live coverage on FS1 at 11 AM (Eastern). "It's great news that our televi- sion partner Fox Sports is going to air our new King of the Bag- gers series," said MotoAmerica President Wayne Rainey. "Fox Sports was fully aware of the excitement that the debut of the class brought to our Laguna Seca round last year and they, like us, are looking forward to bringing the series to our fans at five different events in 2021." CN IN THE WIND P46 Fox Sports is set to televise the new MotoAmerica King Of The Baggers Series in 2021.
