VOL. 50 ISSUE 21 MAY 29, 2013 P29 MV ON THE PODIUM! O n August 29, 1976, Giacomo Agostini rode the 500cc MV Agusta to victory in the German Grand Prix at the Nurburgring. On Sunday, Roberto Rolfo rode the MV Agusta F3 675 to third place in the World Supersport round at Donington Park – some 37 years later. "I am delighted and thrilled with this first podium result for the F3 675," said Giovanni Castiglioni, president and CEO of MV Agusta. "It has been a great challenge to bring this important brand back on the racetrack. The amazing thing is that this podium was conquered on the same day as the Claudio Castiglioni Memorial organized by the Lombardia Robby Rolfo put MV Agusta back on the podium with his thirdplace finish at Donington Park on Sunday.
