30 Years Ago DECEMBER 5, 1990 Jeff Matiasevich made front-page news 30 years ago for winning the Tokyo Supercross in front of 38,000 fans. Jeff Stanton, Guy Cooper, Doug Dubach and Stefan Everts rounded out the top five... The final round of the World Championship Superbike Series played out in Mansfield, New Zealand. Terry Rymer won the first race and Rob Phillis the second race...
