Now called the Tracer 9 GT, the motorcycle gets a new, larger 890cc inline three-cylinder mo- tor via a 3mm larger stoke, giving increased torque at low rpm as well as maintaining that renowned three-cylinder midrange. You also get hard side cases fitted as stan- dard, an extra Yamaha D-Mode for variable throttle response and grip warmers. There's a new chassis with a longer swing- arm, a new six axis IMU, KYB electronically controlled suspension, up and down quick shifter, cornering lights and Yamaha's Brake Control system, which helps modulate front and rear brake pressure in emergency stops, either while up right of when leaned over. The 2021 Yamaha Tracer 9 GT will arrive at authorized Yamaha dealers beginning in March and will be available in Liquid Metal and Redline color schemes for $14,899. CN 2021 YAMAHA TRACER 9 GT
