s time runs out in the American Flat Track AFT
SuperTwins title race, the battle has heated up
between factory Indian Motorcycle riders Briar
Bauman and Jared Mees. And then there was David,
aka Jeffrey Carver, who pushed his way in the middle
of the Goliath battle to score his first win of the season
at the Charlotte Half-Mile. Although Carver is not in
the title fight, his win had championship implications,
because it took away some points, points that Mees
and Bauman really needed with Saturday's race being
canceled due to weather.
