"I sent it trying to get Zach there,
I put a real aggressive move on
him," admitted Cianciarulo after-
wards. "It's one of those things you
kind of have to do, but I rushed it
and I should have waited. I had the
pace; I should have waited. But live
and learn. We'll come to Pala and
take it to the last moto."
Asked about the injury to his
foot, Osborne shrugged, "My foot
will be fine. I think the footpeg went
across the top of my foot and just
kind of jammed all those tendons.
It's a little swollen but it's nothing
major. I can still ride at a decent
pace and I'll be fine."
With just two motos remaining
in the 2020 championship, Os-
borne will start with the last race of
he's been missing throughout
much of the series. As for Ciancia-
rulo, at one point he nearly broad-
sided Osborne's Husqvarna at the
apex of one of the mountainside
track's many off-camber corners.
Osborne and Cianciarulo ended
up battling throughout the moto, as
the championship will be decided
between the two of them. Tomac
was briefly hobbled by a clutch
issue, but then found the groove
