Petersen is on course for the Stock 1000 title after
another double victory, ahead of Stefano Mesa and Corey
Alexander in race one, and Alexander and Michael Gilbert
in race two. The South African now sits 31 points clear of
Alexander, 215 to 184, with Gilbert third at 125.
Cam Petersen hits the deck. The Stock
1000 rider was running in the midst
of some elite Superbike company and
proved his speed at Barber, but not
wanting to hit the back of Bobby Fong,
he laid it down in race two.
