FIM NORTH AMERICAN ROAD RACE CHAMPIONSHIP
ROUND 7 / SEPTEMBER 18-20, 2020
BARBER MOTORSPORTS PARK / BIRMINGHAM, AL ABAMA
P88
(Above) The Supersport class
is purely the Richie Escalante
(54) show, as the Mexican took
another double win. He finished
ahead of Sean Dylan Kelly and
the improving Jason Aguilar in
race one, with Brandon Paasch
(21) improving to finish third in
race two. In the championship,
Escalante leads with 311 from
Kelly's 271, with Paasch third at
201.
(Right) Rocco Landers brained
them in the Twins Class at
Barber. The first race, he won
by a massive 19 seconds, with
race two a more respectable
six-second advantage. Second in
race one went to Kaleb De Keyrel
from Hayden Schultz, with Schultz
taking second in race two ahead
of Jackson Blackmon. Landers
is now in the position where he
could win two titles in one year,
as he's now 49 points clear of De
Keyrel. He'll miss the last round
due to Red Bull Rookies, and thus
needs to leave the next round at
Indy with more than 50 points in
the bag.
