In the mad scramble to get m oving again , riders were bailing off at e ver y corner un til th ings s et tle d down . Demuth ended up tak ing the win, foll o wed by Antun ez, Dube , Willo h , S te p he nso n , Men n e n g a , La ng e , Kati n , Go nzalez a nd Ji m Chester.
