The first two pu lled o ut a slight lead o ve r the res t of the pa ck . The re a l fight wa s for third . On lap two, Throw er pu lled up bes ide Cruz in front o f the grandsta nds , a nd then d ived to the insi de of th e ne xt corner a nd ma de the pa ss stick . Me an while , u p fro nt , McCo rmic k was ke ep ing th e pr e ssure o n Hamilton . The lea der took a tumb le in front of the g rand st and s , re mo u nti ng in second . Th e battle for th ird was st ill goi ng on; Cruz a nd Th ro wer p a ss e d each other severa l tim es . By the end , McCo rm ic k pulled o ut a b ig le ad on Ha milt o n . C ruz wo n t h e battle for t h ird , ov e r T hrower , and Fra nk Flagg's Kyle Clark was fifth . Ha m ilton made it two in a row and led the pac k o u t o f th e f irs t turn again . Cruz was second , fo llowed by McC o rmi c k , Thro wer and Kelly. Ham ilt on again pull ed o ut a lead until disaster struck . On la p thr ee , his cha in c a me o ff, dro p ping him well ba ck in th e pa c k. Cruz too k over th e to p s po t a nd led the rest of the mot o . Meanwh ile. Th rower , Kelly a nd Clark had been wa ging th e ir own battle for third plac e . Throw er a nd Kelly had b een pa s s ing ba ck and forth , with Clark just watching , close behind. On the las t lap , Kelly got pas t T hrower fo r good going down the strai gh t in fron t o f th e starting line . C lark now mad e hi s b id for fourth , pulling up right behind Throwe r a nd putting the pressure on , but Clark ca m e up just short at the finis h line . The fin ishing or der was C ruz, McC ormick , Ke lly, Thrower , Kelly a nd Hamilton . J a son Ta ylor pull e d the hol eshot in th e first Pe e We e 80c c moto , followed by Chas e North rop , Kyle Ma ys , Aa ron Beaus o le il a nd Pax Tra x' s ow n Ross Pax ia . Taylo r pull ed o ut a b ig lea d an d n e ver lo o k e d ba ck . Beaus ole il m oved up to th ird a nd started putting pressure o n th e s econd -p lace rider. IC C' s Micha el Tr e c ki mo ved up to fifth . Beausole il pass ed North ro p for s e c ond in th e whoo ps, bu t No rth rop passed him back in th e ne xt corner. While th ose two wer e ba ttling it o ut, Trec ki was sne ak ing up from be hi nd . Th e thre e were nose to ta il u p until th e last lap , when Trec ki took a s pill. Thi s a llowed Beaus oleil to try a lastcorne r pass, but h e came u p ju s t s ho rt at the fin ish line . The fina l order was Ta ylor, No rth ro p , Beausoleil, Will Hofer a nd Treck i. T a y lo r once again pulled the h ol e s hot in moto two , follo wed by Northrop , Beausoleil, Mays and Pax ia. Th e riders in second th ro ugh sixth were very close , with a ll of them t rying to make a pa s s o n one anothe r. With a few la ps to go, Paxia made th e pass into fourth . Trecki then followe d Pa xia and also got b y May s, and despite a clo s e batt le , th e o rder stayed the same to the finish . Ta ylor was first, winning the Pe e Wee 80c c (10 -12 ) cla ss , follow ed by No rthrop , who won th e Pe e We e 80cc (7- 9) class . Beaus o le il wa s ne xt, fo llowed by Pa xia a nd Tre c ki.
