Blair remoun ted near dead last an d ro osted off in chase of the lea ders, who already had a huge lead . Kritzer wa s o n his game and had pulled a significant gap on the se c o n d - p la ce d Me n nig, w ho had in tu rn motor ed away from thir d-placed Matt Barber . At the end of lap two, Kritzer was leading, followed by Mennig , Barber, Matt Verlcamp and Blair. On lap three , Blair was on fire, putting the moves on Verlca mp and picki ng up th ird pla ce after Barber t ook a soil sample, rem ou nting in the second-to -la st spot. Chris Vend ley, wh o had been ru nning last all nig ht, experie nced some tro ub les and pu lled off the tr ac k . Mach One Motorsports rider Vince Blai r picked up a spot to round out the top five when veteran John Moore crashed on the last lap, finish ing seco nd to last . At the start of moto tw o, Vince Blai r nabbed the hole shot , with Vendley , Kritzer and Da niel B lair in t ow . Kr itz er was ted no tim e passing Vend ley and taking the lead away fro m Vince Blai r, and then he starte d bu ild ing a gap . ShortIy ther eafter, Da ni el Bla ir maneuv ered past Vend ley into third a nd pro ceeded to put a bloc k- pass on his brother Vince that made the latter 's head spin . D ani el Blair was in seco nd and th e race was shaping up to be a sho wdo wn betwee n him and K ritzer, as th e tw o were leaving thi rd-pla ced Menni g far behind . At the end of thr ee laps, th e top fiv e were Kritz er, Da nie l B lair, Mennig. Vendley and Aaron Dosh. Daniel Blair was right on Kritzer's tail, but every time he tried to make a m ove, Kritz er either shu t the door or forced B lair int o an un desir abl e line. causi ng Blair to bobble, At the end of th e mo ta, K ritze r took th e m ot o wi n, foll owed b y Dan iel Blai r, Menni g, Vendley and Dash.
