Lusk wa s unable to restart his bike and dropped o ut . Tipping began to pres sure K y le Kell y, who was running th ird . On t he white - flag lap , Monk's Honda somehow th rew th e chain as he was in the air ov er th e fr ont tripl e. M on k 's hand flew off th e grip just as he landed and ove r th e bars he went , possibl y brea k ing h is co lla rbo ne . W ith M on k out, only Kell y remained between T ip ping and Stiles. In the last comer, Tipping m ade the pass to fini sh in th e ru n ne r-up position, behind Sti les. M oto tw o w as r ather u n ev en t f ul com pa red to th e first ra ce . Stiles took the lea d from the st art, w it h Tip ping in tow, and stretched his lead o n each la p. T h e moto end ed w ith St i les in front, follo we d by Ti p ping , a reco v ered Lusk , and Kelly in fo urth. The overall went to St il es, Tipping and Kell ey , with Lusk on ly m anagin g seventh overall due to his firs t-moto DNF. In 125 c c Pro ac ti on , eac h race had a d ifferent w inn er .
