" I th ought I saw a shadow on the outside, so I look ed back and knew he was there . I just had t o k e ep r iding hard and g et through th e corners without making a m istake. I started making a few mistakes. He got by me once, but I hung in there and was abl e to co m e back ." M organ st ay ed g lu ed t o McCoy, bu t couldn't force a m ist ak e until the r a c e was over. Aft er getti ng t he checkered flag, McC o y sail ed off th e groove and hit the gr ound. " I didn 't wa nt to shut off un t il after th e fi ni sh lin e and ran into turn one a little hard," said McCoy . "I got up off the gr oove and couldn 't get turned ." "W e were runn ing right th ere with him , but it was lik e we had the same gea ri ng ," said Morgan . " He had m e in one and two, I was doing good in th ree and four, but where he wa s rid ing was right wh ere I needed to be. I didn 't have the g earing to go under him, so I had to tr y th e high side to ke ep my momentum up ."
