with Lovins second and Prince fourth .
At Murray , Lovins was out for revenge, and
the stage was set for yet a nother Sch oo lbo y
brawl. In the heat, Prince. on his yellow bike ,
cla imed the holeshot, with YZ-mou nted Lovins
and his VZ. blue -bike rider Dillion Clayton and
the Cad iz Kawasak i- sponsored Shane Kissiar
in close pu rsuit. Prince was pri med for a win ,
but Lovins had othe r plans. From the time the
ga le fell. Lovins had his eye on the front -running Prince.
Throu ghout the fir st two la ps, Lovi ns sized
up Prince. Right on Lovins' rear kno bby was
the ever -presen t g reen m ach ine of Kissiar . As
the tr io fil ed ou t of the rear section of the track
and headed back onto th e s tarti ng-gate
stra igh taway, Lovin s too k a shot at Prince , but
he had to back off the throttle for the slight jog
left at the end of the straight. A seco nd later ,
i n a ha rd . r lqht - hand , b er med tu rn , Pri nc e
bob bled u p hig h o n the slope. an d Lovi ns
sliced ben eath him to tak e the lead. Kissiar
then slash ed past Prince in the wh oop s.
Without looking back, Lovins slipped into a
co nsistent lin e and rhythm around th e ci rcuit,
with Kissia r less than a bike length beh ind. At
the finish -line tab letop. Lo vins took the checkers for the win . Kissiar ca me ove r th e fi nish
line vertic ally - the crow d gasped as he alm ost
jumped co m pl ete ly ove r Lovi ns , w h o h ad
slowed dow n and wa s abou t to exit the tra ck.

cro ss victo r Kenn y Da le Orr fin ishing fourth
after having a rare "o ut of sy nc " performance.
The m ai n went the same, with Lo vins taking the top podi um spot, Kissiar bagging second , and Prince standing tall in third.
