Shawn Hayes edged out Kyle Behling and And y Straight for sec ond overall on S atu rd ay . Jesse Casi llas was right on Bess' back fender throug hout both races for a set of close runner -up rides. Derek Costella took th ird , over Blake Tirman . Daryl Eck lund and Daton Beavers m istook the white flag for the checkers a n d a c c id e n tall y pulled off a lap early, only to quickly rejoin the race to finish fifth and seventh, respectively . Casillas led the first moto on Sun day up un til the last turn on the last la p, when Bes s st uffed his way past for the win . Ecklu nd put in a great ride for third . ov er Tirman , Chad Gaumer and Dennis Van Atta .
