Joey Keith got the holeshot in the 65cc DTX ( 7 - I I) clas s fina l , but Northern Cali forn ia's Anthony F o ng slid underneath Keith off turn two on the openi ng lap and went on to build an insu rmountable lead. John Long jumped Keith in turn tw o ab out two laps from the fi nish to secure sec ond pla ce , with Keith hanging on fo r th ird. A m i ssed do wn sh ift in turns one and two eventually cost Cu m m ing s, and Myers pulled clear for the win , with Cu m mings second, and Bryan third . Jesse Long was the man with th e plan in the 50cc Sr. class feature, as he forged past Charles Gray III in th e early going to take the lead and th e w in . Gray held o n fo r a st ea d y runner -up finish . Michael Ro ss came across the stripe in th ird place . Laurs en c a p p ed a couple of g ood drives off turn two to work his way past Vincent for second in a close c ontest at t he lin e. The o lder guys went at it i n th e 50 + class , as Millington , M ich ig an's J a c k Warren - a per sonal hero t o li one o ther t h an Ja y Springsteen chased after his pal Dan Crawford in t he ma in event. Warren wa ited until th e la st l a p before dri v ing hard off turn two and pass ing Crawford fo r t he lead as th ey sli d into turn three . Warren took t he win , followed by Crawford and J im Bauerle. Nick Cummings grabbed th e early lead in the 250cc Mod class feature, but he b lew t h e groov e in th e fir st turn and slipped to third , while J ared Mees and Jake Johnson set up in the to p two pos it i ons.
