DEVELOPER. The responsibility of a product
developer is to bring the product from the design
phase throu~h production. This will mean working
with the deSigner and product manager to create
and deliver technical package and information to the
appointed factory in the time frame established by
the project schedule. Once the technical package is
delivered to the factory it is the developer's
responsibility to manage all aspects of developing a
final prodUct including delivering all samples as per
the project schedule. Prepare and s'end out
Technical packages to vendors. Review samples for
accuracy of execution and function. Oversee
revisions of samples, as well as managing the
FOB's and costing negotiations, and work with
vendors to develop the best possible quality
fMlJ?uct. Track development process and maintain
In-house work in progress reports. Working
knOWledge of Product Development process. Able
to understand and prepare Technical packaQes,
technical materials, Polymers and mold making,
injection molding, construction. methods, grading
and fabrications. Must be a team player, flexible and
have strong orsanizational skills, and be able to
handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Computer skills including Excel and Word required
in addition to 2-3 years of technical development
experience. Motocross knowledge and background
