Soon, another Suzuki rider, Charley Bogard would raise the bar When the checkered flag came out for Friday's 125cc Main, Chartey Bogard (17) was on cen1er stage with the win. Buddy Antunez (1) and Denny Stephenson (3) finished second and third. NAMPA, 10, MARCH 17·18 uzuki dominated the racing action and had everyone seeing yellow as the PACE Wrenchead.com National Arenacross Series pulled into Nampa, Idaho for the first of two nights of exciting, fast paced competition. 125cc - sweep, 250cc - sweep, the Dash for Cash, the Extreme Freestyle Jump-off Contest. By the time the first evening came to a close, Suzukimounted riders had won it all (almost). It took local Kawasaki rider Ben Evans' win in the 65cc race to break the spell and put something other than a yellow bike in the winner's circle (it should be noted that the 65cc race is called the Kawasaki 65cc Invitational). The Pace crews got to work Thursday morning, moving the dirt that would transform this basketball arena into a motorcycle track. By Friday afternoon, work was complete and the racers were taking practice laps. Wide by Arenacross standards, but otherwise fairly typical, the completed track included a flat straight that swept around left to a long whoop section.
