In the 50cc (7-8) and 50cc Open classes. Ryan Fain scored
victories in all four motos convincingly. Fain, who just tumed 8,
is a third-generation racer, his dad and grandpa are pretty good
motocrossers themselves. With another year of 50s left. Ryan
appears to have a very bright future in motocross; he will be a
rider on everyone's radar screen in the years to come.

A nother great day greeted the more than 125 riders who
/""\came to Daniels Ridge Motocross.
The 50cc Open-<:Iass start was like a swann of bees as the
I I riders headed to the holeshot turn. In the first moto,
Matthew Carrigan led the pack around the track. Behind him.
Austin Johnson, Ryan 5aubier. Tyler Walls and Riley Vanderlaan
all gave chase. Carrigan, the lone KTM rider in the top fove, held
off the pack of Cobras to take the first-moto win.
The second moto turned out to be a shake-up for all the
riders except Noah Lindsay, who ran two great motos for a 6·6
