A Cop You Can't Outrun MotoGP star Valentino Rossi traded his racing leathers and crash helmet for a motorcycle cop outfit as he went on patrol in Roma, Italy, for the shooting of an ad for Italian company TIM. The Yamaha rider teamed up with Italian actor Christian de Sica for a 50second spot that has been broadcast on Italian channels since the beginning of the month. In the ad, Rossi plays the role of "Corrado," a goofy motorcycle cop, hinting at one of the seven-time World Champion's historic feuds. The ad is based on an idea of the Mortaroli & Friends studio, which wrote several acclaimed ads for the Italian telecommunications company. r () a: « ~ z [Ia§§ic Pit Stop w -' ~ w iO u.. o Tadahiko Taira waits to take over from teammate Kenny Roberts at the 1995 Suzuka 8 Hour.
