Operator Search - Pima Motorsports
Park
The Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recrea"on Department Is seeking
an operator for Pima Motorsports Park l"PMP"), a 57Q.ocre facility located near
Tucson, Arizona lmetro popula"on 930,000). PMP features several motocross
tracks, an ATV recreation area/GP course, a 4x4 area with a rock crowl,
sand pit and mud bog, on ATV and dirt bike training range, and a 2,500-square
Iaot Education Center building. The main motocross track features a first·dass
Musco lighting system, and the pork has room for expansion.

Pima County is seeking a qualified operator to run the pork. The successful
candidate will have the opportunity to lease the pork for on extended period under
very favorable terms, and will be in charge of the pork's recreation, competi"on,
and concession operations. This outstanding turn.key operation will be offered
through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) that will be advertised in the Tucson
Ci"zen on September 22 and 28th and October 5 and 12th, 2005. The due dote
for submission of proposals is Friday, October 28th, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. A prebid
meeting/open house will be held on Saturday, October 22 at 2:00 p.m. to provide
prospective operators with a chance to explore the park and ask questions.
