According to System Tech, this assembly is purpose-built in that the valves are designed to reliably survive in the crowded upper triple clamp/bar mount area. System Tech claims that the overall low installed height of 9mm helps keep these bleed buttons safe from tie-downs, straps, etc. during loading and unloading. Each valve is triple-sealed, which is claimed to prevent air, oil or any other types of leakages from the front suspension units.
