POSITION
SUMMARY:
American Suzuki Motor Corporation has an
immediate opening in our Motorcycle & Marine
Divisions for an entry-level Order Desk
Coordinator. The position responsibilities include
assisting the Regional Sales Managers, District
Sales Managers and National Dealers Network in
the process of order taking, order cancellations,
transfers of inventory and advancing of orders.
Heavy phone interaction is required in assisting in
resolvin!;J problems with field personnel, dealers
and fetall customers regarding Sales Programs for
both the Motorcycle and the Marine Divisions. The
position will also be responsible for data entry for
processing retail registrations of sold units.
assisting in the processing of the ATV &
Motorcycle Rider Training Program and
processing incoming mail and correspondence
addressed to the Sales Department. MINIMUM
QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication
skills with at least 2 years customer service
experience, preferably in a sales administration
environment. Experience in operating office
machines. Must have at least one year college
experience. Good phone and communication skills
are necessary. Computer knOWledge for order
processing and data entry is a must. Microsoft
Office experience preferred. ABOUT THE
