Oglesby rode his CRF2S0 to the win in the second 125cc C mota. but he was runnerup in the overall scoring. Cory Wellons went 1-2 on his KX2S0F, beating out Oglesby's 4-1 score. Chris Drew (2-4) and Colby Smith (3-6) fared worse in mota two but still managed third and fourth. David Wiggins went 5-5 for fifth. Miami L&L Supply-backed Christian Tramel made two inside pass attempts on Oglesby in the first 250cc C mota before settling for second. Oglesby charged to the finish line and posted an eight-second win. Don Bush was third. Tramel learned a hard lesson in late-race line selection in mota two. With Bush tallying a DNS, the race became an exciting. one-an-one match-up between Tramel and Oglesby. Tramel took the holeshot, but Oglesby moved past at the end of lap one. Tramel used the power of his CRF4S0 to overhaul Oglesby's 2S0 at the end of the front straight. For the majority of the race, Tramel held firm while under intense pressure from Oglesby. With just two turns to go, Tramel dived to the inside, but he was unable to do the triple immediately afterward. Oglesby railed the outside line, nailed the triple, and stole the overall win that 14-year-old Tramel had worked so hard to earn. RESULTS P/W (4-6): I. Dagen Anderson (Cob); 2. Clayton Beasock (KTM). Ken was second off the line, behind Buckshot Racing-sponsored Yamaha rider Lewis Smith. While it appeared Smith would take the lead to the finish, Ken inched closer each lap and finally made a move around Smith to take the checkered nag for the win. Jim Steverson finished third. In the ISOcc Modified class, Lexington's Tyler Treadaway got the holeshot and the big win, with Tyler Chavis second, Georgia's Luis Quinones third, and Columbia's Blake Lomas fourth. Harvey hardly had the need to pull a tear-off throughout his six motos, save for the first lap and a half of the first 125cc Intermediate moto. In that race, Lyle Anderson grabbed the early lead and put up impressive resistance to Harvey in the early stages, though Harvey eventually made the pass and moved away to establish a considerable lead. In the second 125cc moto, it was Harvey from start to finish. The battle for second overall unfolded between friends, as Anderson and Scott Polan diced throughout the moto, with Polan getting the nod at the end. Anderson hung on for a hard-fought third. The 2S0cc and Schoolboy races were uneventful for Harvey, as he simply rode to comfortable leads in each moto. Ryan Eager brought home second in the 250cc contest, and Chris Voltl took the runner·up spot in the Schoolboy race. "I felt good," Harvey said.
