Special prepaid practice days will have 400 maximum rider limit. Please read entire entry for event format changes. General Information Entries open May 1, 2005. No phone entries. No email entries. Entries will sell out. ENTRIES ARE NON-REFUNOABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Bad checks result in loss of entry. Entries received by June 1, 2005 will have confirmation by mail. All racing numbers will be assigned by Mammoth Motocross. Requests must be made on official entry fonm. RIDERS MAY NOT DROP DOWN ACLASS. ANY VIOLATION RESULTS IN A NON-REFUNDABLE DISQUALIFICATION. Prepaid Practice Practice available by prepaid registration only with entry. Practice is for registered racers only. Each practice day is limited to 400 riders, $25 per day/per rider. Practice Hours: 8am-3pm. Race Days gate opens at 5:00am. Spectators Fees Daily fee, pay at the track. Practice Day Spectators: $5/person. Race Day Spectators: $15/adult, $5/child. No dogs will be allowed at the track. No exceptions. Rider Check·in Required All riders are required to sign arelease of liability waiver prior to practice and racing. Check·in at the "Gravel Pit" Track Office located on the Mammoth entrance to Sherwin Creek Road. Failure to do so constitutes non-refundable expulsion from the race. There will be no vehicle entrance to the track from East Sherwin Creek Road. Those camping at Sherwin Creek Campgrounds will need to go around to the Old Mammoth Road entrance. Parking All vehicles will be screened at the entrance to the track. Oversized vehicles will be parked in the "pit" at the promoter's discretion based on the number of riders it serves. Parking is on afirst come-first served basis. We recommend pick-up trucks for best parking options. There is no overnight parking at the track and all vehicles must be removed at the end of each day per US Forest Service regulations. No Pit 8ikes.
