Ricky Carmichael wrapped up his fourth 250cc Supercross title in Houston by finishing third. With one round still left, Carmichael rose to the challenge at Reliant Stadium and defied all doubters on the way to his 12th AMA title, fourth AMA 250cc Supercross Championship, and the first AMA 250cc Supercross Championship for Suzuki since 1981.
