It Tennessee's Mike Brown has inked a deal to ride a Thumpstar pit bike in the upcoming Mini Moto SX scheduled for May 6 at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada - the night before the final round of the AMA Supercross Series. The deal was put together by Deland Motorsports in Deland, Florida, and Brown is excited about making a good showing for Thumpstar in the second running of the Mini Moto SX. "The pit bike deal is really taking off, and they're so much fun:' Brown said. "I've got a track built especially for pit bikes at home; and I can't wait to get to Vegas and do the Mini Moto SX - it should be a total blast." Supermoto USA and Altamont Raceway Park have teamed up to produce Moto-Fest 2005. The two-day event will take place May 28-29 in Tracy, California, at the new Altamont Raceway Park and Arena. The event will include amateur and professional stunt riders, freestyle motocross, an all-Harley stunt show and 12 classes of Supermoto racing, including many 50cc and pit bike categories.
